Returns and Shipping

Our online policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This typically takes 3 days from when your item is returned

Shipping/Exchanges/TaxesNot living in Ireland but would love one of our rings? We ship for free worldwide within 1-2 days using DHL, if for any reason it is not suitable we will get DHL to collect the ring and bring it back to us at no expense to you.Living outside the EU? We look after all Taxes & Import Duties so the price you see online is the price you pay with no hidden surprises of additional taxes or duties on arrival.All of our rings come with diamond certification/insurance certification, it goes without saying they come in a beautiful presentation box, which we have specially made from leather and lambs wool.
